1. Introduction

LuckysCloud ("we", "our", "us") operates https://www.luckyscloud.in and provides website design and development, application development, web hosting, domain registration, and related digital services.

This Privacy Policy explains how LuckysCloud collects, uses, stores, protects, discloses, and deletes personal information when you visit our website, create an account, sign in using Google, purchase services, contact our support team, or use our services.

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where consent is legally required, we will request it separately.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the services you use, we may collect the following categories of information.

2.1 Information You Provide

We may collect:

  • Name and username.
  • Email address and telephone number.
  • Billing address and business details.
  • Account registration and login information.
  • Service orders, invoices, subscriptions, and transaction references.
  • Support requests, communications, and feedback.
  • Domain registration information required by the relevant domain registry or registrar.
  • Website and application configuration information necessary to deliver purchased services.

Notice: Do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information through ordinary support messages.

2.2 Google Sign-In Information

If you choose to sign in using Google, we use Google's authentication services to authenticate your identity and facilitate account access. Depending on the permissions requested and granted, we may receive:

  • Your Google account's basic profile information, such as your name.
  • Your email address.
  • Your profile picture, if provided.
  • A Google account identifier used to associate your Google account with your LuckysCloud account.
  • Authentication-related information necessary to complete and maintain your sign-in session.

We use this information to authenticate you, create or associate your account, maintain account security, and provide the services you request. We do not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendars, or other Google account data unless a specific feature separately requests the relevant permissions and explains their purpose. We do not ask for your Google password; Google handles the authentication process directly.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website or use our services, our systems may collect:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it.
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system.
  • Requested pages, timestamps, and referring URLs.
  • Session information, cookies, and similar technologies.

2.4 Payment and Transaction Information

When you purchase a service, we may collect order details, invoice information, transaction identifiers, payment status, and related billing records. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. Razorpay). Payment card details and other payment credentials are handled according to the payment provider's systems and policies. We only collect or retain payment details that our actual payment integration requires.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage customer accounts.
  • To authenticate users through email/password or Google Sign-In, where enabled.
  • To provide website development, hosting, domain registration, application development, and other purchased services.

We do not use information for purposes incompatible with those disclosed in this Privacy Policy without providing any additional notice or obtaining consent where required.

4. Google User Data: Access, Use, Storage, and Sharing

When you use Google Sign-In, LuckysCloud handles Google user data as follows:

  • Access: We receive only the Google account information made available through the authentication flow and the permissions you authorize.
  • Use: We use that information for account authentication, account association, account identification, security, and providing the requested LuckysCloud services.
  • Storage: We may store the Google account identifier, email address, name, profile image URL, and account association in our application database when necessary for the functionality described above. Actual stored fields depend on our implementation. Authentication tokens, if used, are handled and retained only as necessary for the authorized functionality and applicable security requirements.
  • Sharing: We do not sell Google user data. We do not share it with advertising platforms or data brokers. We may disclose or transfer it only where necessary to provide a user-requested feature, operate the authentication service, protect security, comply with law, or satisfy another permitted purpose under applicable Google policies. Where third-party service providers process this information on our behalf, their access must be limited to the relevant service and permitted purpose.
  • Human access: Access by our personnel or authorized service providers is limited to what is reasonably necessary for support, security, troubleshooting, or legal compliance.
  • Retention and deletion: Google account information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. You may request deletion of your LuckysCloud account and associated Google-derived information, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance:
LuckysCloud's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Cookies and Session Technologies

We may use essential cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain authenticated sessions.
  • Support account security and session protection.
  • Remember necessary website preferences.
  • Protect forms and prevent misuse.

If analytics or other optional cookies are used, they will be handled according to applicable consent requirements and the relevant service's privacy practices. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent some website features from functioning properly.

6. How We Share Information

We may disclose relevant information to the following categories of recipients when necessary:

  • Authentication providers: Such as Google, when you choose Google Sign-In.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers: To operate our website, databases, servers, backups, and security systems.
  • Domain registrars and registries: To register, manage, or renew domains and meet applicable registration requirements.
  • Payment providers: To process transactions, refunds, and payment verification.
  • Service and integration providers: To deliver features you request or services you purchase.
  • Professional advisers and authorities: Where necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or protection of rights and security.

We require appropriate safeguards for personal information processed by service providers, as applicable. We do not sell personal information as a business model. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes without the required legal basis or consent.

7. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, and misuse. Safeguards may include access controls, HTTPS encryption in transit, server security measures, authentication protections, monitoring, and backups, as applicable to the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, manage accounts, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet contractual obligations, and comply with applicable law. Retention periods vary according to the information and its purpose. Financial, invoicing, domain-registration, and other legally required records may need to be retained for prescribed periods even after an account is closed.

8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

  • Access personal information associated with your account.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete your account and eligible associated information.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
  • Request information about how your personal data is handled.
  • Opt out of non-essential marketing communications.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Withdrawing consent or deleting information may affect services that depend on that information. We will explain any relevant limitations.

9. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your LuckysCloud account by contacting our support team through the contact details below or using an account deletion feature if available on our website.

When we receive a valid deletion request, we will verify the request and delete or anonymize eligible personal information within the period required by applicable law and our retention obligations. Some information may be retained where legally required or necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or maintain required financial and domain-registration records. Such information will be retained only for the applicable purpose and period.

If you used Google Sign-In, deleting your LuckysCloud account will also trigger the applicable deletion process for associated Google account information held by us, subject to lawful retention requirements. Deleting your LuckysCloud account does not delete your Google account.

10. International Processing and Third-Party Websites

Our service providers may process or store information in locations different from your own. Where applicable, we use appropriate safeguards and comply with legal requirements governing such transfers.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Those websites operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party websites.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for individuals who can lawfully use them under applicable age and consent requirements. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us unlawfully, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technologies, integrations, legal obligations, or data-handling practices. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
